    英國特色菜-fish & chips

     
    有一天晚上,有點累卻又不知道自己吃什麼時,
    突然想說來英國怎麼可以不吃有名的fish & chips
    於是就跑到家里附近的餐廳到處亂兜,來來回回好幾圈呢
    因為只有我自己一個人,對於看餐廳菜單,我還是有點恐懼
    很多餐廳都會把菜單和價格放在外面,但密密麻麻的字看都看不懂,
    於是我找了一家有戶外座位,(英國現在也是室內禁止吸煙)
    看起來又不是那麼正式的店, 裡面看起來比較像運動酒吧
    菜單我也不看,直接披頭就點,還請她推薦了英國當地的啤酒
    大致上的對話我都懂,覺得很有成就感,也比較不那麼緊張了,
    這裡的餐具是要自取的,台子上還有很多醬料可以自取,餐會幫你送到座位上
    先說說啤酒吧~她幫我挑的是比較濃的啤酒(我自己要的啦),
    特色是在於跟我們平常喝的很冰,很多氣的啤酒不一樣,它是沒氣的不冰的,所以不會覺得很漲
    但也因此並不覺得像啤酒,有點不習慣,
    再說說主餐吧,對於平時不太吃魚的人,它的份量很大,剛炸好的薯條和魚很香很酥脆,
    但本身沒有特別重的味道,所以我建議再加上一些鹽可能會比較對味,
    不過它本身也有搭配的醬,我個人是覺得隨意搭配啦,
    因為剛吃很好吃,吃到後來就有點膩了,
    不過聽說每一家餐廳的fish & chips口味都有點不一樣,
    我是覺得一般啦,也不會特別想再吃,如果下次有吃再跟大家分析一下囉
